Ms. Voskanyan is the ICT office for Center for Education Projects World Bank Project Implementation Unit . Her responsibilities include d eveloping action plans and implementation timetables on annual basis for the ICT component. Make adjustments in PIP annually based on previous year progress and experience; coordinating activities on establishment of National ICT Center with Computer Revolving Fund and School Network Operating Center; assist in preparation of bidding documentation for hardware provision (hardware specifications and quantities, etc.), and School Network building/Internet connection provision; work with international and local consultants who are assisting the implementation of the ICT Component; organizing and participation in training workshops, seminars, conferences in the framework of the ICT Component. Collecting and updating data on the availability of computers in schools in the course of the Project's implementation, their technical characteristics, their number by schools and Marzes, availability of Internet connection in schools, teacher skills in using ICT, information on on-going ICT related projects in schools.
