Mrs. Maria Angelica Soto is a Human Resources Analyst in the World Bank. Currently, she is serving as the Acting Program Manager within the Human Resources Vice-Presidency. She works on the overall management of the Young Professionals Program (YPP), the Junior Professional Associates Program (JPA) and the Bank Internship Program (BIP). Previously, she was responsible for the vacancy management and coordination of the hiring process for the Poverty Reduction and Economic Management Network and the Development Economics Vice-Presidency. Within the World Bank Group, she has worked at the Legal Department and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) for the Latin America and the Caribbean Region. She received her BA in Human Resources Management and her MA in Human Performance Systems from Marymount University.
