H.E. Ambassador Kaire M. Mbuende

Dr. Kaire Munionganda Mbuende is a male Namibian national. He was born on 28th November 1953 in Windhoek. He is married to Claudia Mbuende. He has five (5) children between the ages of three (3) and twenty-eight years. He had longstanding academic, political, business and diplomatic careers. His is proficient in many languages, including English, Afrikaans, Herero, Swahili, Ovambo, Swedish, Danish and German.

Dr. Kaire Mbuende’s highest academic qualification is a PhD in Economic Sociology, which he obtained from the University of Lund, Sweden in 1986. In addition, he holds a BA (Hons) in Economic History and Sociology from the University of Lund and a BD from Lutheran College, at Makumira, Arusha, Tanzania.
