Ron Auer is president & CEO of Ten Asset Management, Inc., an institutional investment management firm, headquartered in Encinitas, California. Ten Asset employs quantitative, risk controlled investment strategies to manage subset long portfolios within U.S. equity benchmarks, long-short market neutral portfolios, and portable alpha applications . At Ten Asset, he is responsible for product and strategy architecture, client relations, communications and administration. A graduate of Western Washington University, Ron has been an investment professional since 1977. He has spoken on investment, economic investment and development, and other topics at universities and conferences, including the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and at conferences in the U.S., Sweden, and Qatar, .
