Our newest initiatives, the Innovation and Capacity Building Centers (ICBCs), function as Athgo’s primary tools of support for young people’s scholarly and professional activities addressing the Climate Change and high-tech application under the context of the United Nations Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). The ICBCs main objectives are building capacity; facilitating policy development, technology application, and innovation process; and organizing information-sharing forums.
