Our programs are designed to encourage young people’s engagement in current social, political, and economic affairs through outcome-oriented discussions and project development with the private sector, governments, international institutions, and NGOs.

Our participants are socio-economically and ethnically diverse young men and women between the ages of 18 and 32 years of age who demonstrate strong academic or professional interest. Young talent from all backgrounds from around the world and particularly those from underserved and poverty-stricken communities are invited to apply to our programs.
